Hillary Clinton hammered part-time Palm Beacher Donald Trump on his refusal to release his taxes, his temperament and his past support of birtherism during their presidential debate tonight. Trump criticized Clinton’s use of a private email server and accused her of supporting trade deals that drained American jobs.

Trump accused Clinton of lacking the “stamina” to be president, but it was Clinton who appeared sharper and on offense for the entire 90 minutes while Trump failed to sustain his attack on Clinton’s emails and spent much time arguing his stated support for the Iraq war in a 2002 Howard Stern interview was trumped by private arguments he had with Fox News host Sean Hannity.

Palm Beach figured into the debate when Trump, accused by Clinton of “racist behavior,” cited his Mar-a-Lago Club as an example of nondiscrimination.
